Leopardo and Missy’s Veterans of Valor Gather to Honor Veteran in Need

Leopardo and Missy’s Veterans of Valor, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to providing acute care dental support and various humanitarian/advocacy services for veterans and their families, gathered at the McHenry American Legion Auxiliary Post 491 in McHenry, Illinois to present veteran Ralph Coules with a mobility chair donated on behalf of the Leopardo Charitable Foundation.

The event was attended by Missy Robel of Missy’s Veterans of Valor, as well as Leopardo Director of Strategic Relations AJ Leopardo. Veteran Ralph Coules, who served in Vietnam with the Army’s 14th Infantry Regiment in the 1970s, accepted the mobility chair surrounded by his family.

Service-disabled veteran Dan Bitton, founder and owner of 5366 Logistics Corp and a Leopardo strategic partner, collaborated with the Leopardo Charitable Foundation on the donation. The chair donated to Missy’s Veterans of Valor will provide its new owner with increased comfort and mobility, as well as the chance to more actively participate in family activities and exercise greater independence.

“In this season of giving and in these early stages in our development, I am once again reminded of the results that stem from the generosity and efficient cooperation and leadership of our greater Chicagoland veterans and captains of industry,” said Robel. “Looks like Santa came early for this veteran in need.”

The Leopardo Charitable Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to the core values of kindness, goodwill, compassion and benevolence. Every year the foundation aids dozens of deserving charities that promote education, health, technology and wellness.
