Leopardo Completes Build-out for HDI Global

Leopardo completed a build-out for HDI Global located on the 48^th and 49^th floors at 161 N. Clark St. in Chicago. Founded in 1903, HDI is an international insurance provider offering a broad range of insurance and accompanying services.

This phased renovation of an existing occupied office space on the 48th floor included demolition, as well as new lighting, carpet and paint throughout. The scope of work also consisted of renovations to its expansion office space on the 49th floor.

Serving as general contractor, Leopardo partnered with architect Baumann Studios on the project.
