Our resume spans a wide range of healthy and high-performing projects, including multiple versions and all levels of LEED certification, both versions of WELL, Green Globes, NGBS and others. Leopardo leads by volunteering with the International Living Future Institute, Sustainable Construction Leaders, USGBC and Illinois Green Alliance. Our accredited professionals include LEED AP + GA, WELL AP, Living Future AP and Passive House Certified Builder and our project experience spans deep green building to net zero and more.
Through a strategic partnership with Perfection Group, Leopardo Energy collaborates with municipalities and other local government organizations to renew facilities while simultaneously increasing energy efficiency and decreasing operational costs across multiple departments—all without the need for new capital expenditures.
Leigh has overseen and managed some of Leopardo’s largest and most impressive municipal, community, recreation, office and industrial projects. In addition to her decades of experience in the construction industry, she is also a licensed architect and LEED Accredited Professional.
Leigh graduated from the University of Illinois with double masters degrees in architecture and civil engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in architectural studies. She is an active member with the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police, Illinois Fire Chiefs Association, Illinois City/County Management Association and the Illinois Parks and Recreation Association.
