American Dental Association
The ADA made a strategic decision to remain in their building and update it. Since it was built in the 1960s and had asbestos, the update required a complete renovation. The 150,000-SF phase floor-by-floor project consisted of a large data center and a high end conference room featuring granite tops, custom fixtures and finishes.
- Floors were completely gutted
- Mechanical and electrical systems upgrades
- Upgraded washrooms to ADA standards
- New elevator lobbies
- Specialty light fixtures, custom millwork and extensive electrical work and telecommunication/data requirements
