Eisenhower Public Library

In an effort to offer teenage patrons a better place to collaborate, socialize and study, the Eisenhower Public Library decided to create a dedicated teen space within its existing library. It also set out to update a handful of additional spaces to better serve the community. Leopardo self performed the 10,000-square-foot renovation and modernization project at the library’s Hardwood Heights location.
- 10,000-SF self-performed library renovation and modernization
- Doubled the number of private study rooms to be used for tutoring, meetings and quiet reading
- Created a 675-SF space for teenager to socialize and collaborate
- Some work was completed during the early morning hours before the library opened to minimize noise levels during hours of operation
