  • A makerspace lab called The Forge features innovative tools and technology for youth and adults to create and experiment, including sewing machines and 3D printers
  • Collaborative and quiet work areas were added to the second floor, along with improved seating, lighting and technology
  • Self-performed all trades for the renovation, including demolition, carpentry, acoustical and painting
  • Work was completed while the library remained open and occupied
