Leopardo Begins Work on New Luxury Residential Project in Downtown Cleveland
Leopardo and its strategic development and investment arm, LCI Development Partners, are teaming up with SomeraRoad on a new luxury residential project, a fully-entitled multifamily development site in the heart of downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Built on top of a renovated parking garage, Ten60 Bolivar will be a seven-story luxury apartment community, comprised of 184 residential units and offering best-in-class amenities, including a pool, sun deck, resident lounge, fitness center, package room, bike storage, and on-site parking.

With a prime location in downtown Cleveland’s entertainment district, the development will offer exceptional walkability to Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, the home of the NBA’s Cleveland Cavaliers; Progressive Field, the home of the MLB’s Cleveland Guardians; and Playhouse Square, the biggest theater district in the nation outside of New York City. The location will also provide excellent proximity to the downtown core’s major employers, including Sherwin Williams, KeyBank, Ernst & Young, and Huntington National Bank.
