  • Prior to the start of construction, Leopardo engaged in collaborative preconstruction meetings with the architects, engineers, and owner, which facilitated the alignment of the design and corresponding budget
  • The project required a complete re-work of the existing MEP systems on the 16th floor to accommodate the locations of the new kitchen, bar, and restrooms
  • Leopardo worked alongside subcontractors and building staff to coordinate the work to limit disruptions in the operations of the active hotel
