Leopardo Completes Build-out and Interior Renovation for Houlihan Lokey

Leopardo recently completed a build-out and interior renovation at the Chicago office of global investment banking firm Houlihan Lokey.

The renovation, completed over an accelerated 16-week schedule across two floors in the 111 South Wacker building in Chicago’s Loop neighborhood, included a conference center with board rooms, catering kitchen and showers. Leopardo also completed the addition of an interconnecting stainless steel and marble staircase, along with other high-end features and finishes.

Leopardo collaborated with architect Gensler on the project.
