Leopardo Construction is pleased to announce that Tim Morison has been appointed Vice President of its Cleveland Office. With more than 30 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, Morison brings a track record of successfully managing complex projects, building strong client relationships, and mentoring the next generation of professionals.
In his new role, Morison will oversee the day-to-day operations and long-term strategic initiatives for Leopardo’s construction efforts across the Ohio region.

Morison has a proven track record of collaboration with Leopardo. He previously partnered with the firm on two significant projects: the multi-phased renovation of the Sheffield of Lincoln Park, and South Blvd. Shores. In both cases, he successfully navigated complex challenges, working in close coordination with Leopardo to ensure construction remained on track and outstanding results were delivered.
In markets nationwide, Morison has led numerous high-profile hospitality builds across the country for major brands including Home2Suites, Wyndham, and A-Loft Hotels. He is known for his ability to step into challenging projects and deliver under pressure while achieving results.
Morison’s appointment to Leopardo’s leadership team highlights the firm’s commitment to operational excellence and strategic growth. His leadership will be instrumental in strengthening Leopardo’s local presence and driving the continued success of its project portfolio in the region. Morison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan.
