Leopardo Construction is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Sauline to Vice President of Hospitality. In this new role, Sauline will lead Leopardo’s growing portfolio of hospitality projects, leveraging his deep industry expertise and proven leadership to drive continued excellence in client service and project execution.
With 24 years in the construction industry, and more than 10 years at Leopardo, Sauline has played a pivotal role in delivering some of the firm’s most notable hospitality projects. This includes 226 W Jackson, Seville, and the recently completed office to short term rental conversion of Sonder in Downtown Chicago. Sauline has helped deliver hospitality and entertainment spaces for major brands such as Hampton Inn, Hilton Canopy, Hilton Garden Inn, Hyatt Regency, CBS, Fabio Viviani, and Radio Flyer.
Beyond his project contributions, Sauline is recognized for his commitment to developing the next generation of construction professionals. He actively mentors junior project managers and engineers, providing a thoughtful blend of technical expertise and practical leadership guidance.
