Leopardo Promotes Ryan Haase and Steve Sebastian to Project Executive

Leopardo is pleased to announce that Ryan Haase and Steve Sebastian have both been promoted to project executive roles.

Ryan joined Leopardo in 2007 as a project engineer in the building services group. Most recently, he served as senior project manager in the tenant interiors market. His resume of project experience includes the recently completed USO at Naval Station Great Lakes Center, Sonova, Grant Thornton, Loyola University Medical Center laboratories, as well as multiple projects for TIAA/Nuveen Investments and more. He holds a degree in architectural technology and a certificate in building code enforcement from Harper College. Ryan is also a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and a LEED AP O+M..

Steve joined Leopardo in 2016 as a project manager. Most recently, he served as senior project manager in the residential market. His resume of project experience includes the recently completed Ravenswood Senior Living complex, Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush Oak Brook, University of Chicago Medicine Center for Advanced Care and more. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering construction management from Southern Illinois University, as well as an MBA from Northern Illinois University. Steve is also a LEED accredited professional.

In their new roles, Ryan and Steve will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of all construction, project management and project administration activities within their respective business units.
