Build-out of a new a rustically refined Mediterranean restaurant and bar experience by celebrated Chicago chef Fabio Viviani. The restaurant is located on the roof level of the Canopy by Hilton Chicago in Chicago’s 226 W. Jackson building, which was transformed by Leopardo in 2021 into a 16-story, dual-branded, 350-key hotel.
