Phase 2

- Courthouse was fitted with a full variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system to provide zoning, heat recover and individual control
- VAV boxes replaced with hot water reheat added
- IP based controls updated
- Retro-commission existing VAV air handling systems
- Roofing and concrete work
- Masonry and dome restoration
- Elevator and fire alarm system replacements
- 209,495 pounds of CO2 reduced
