 Phase 2

  • Various systems upgrades to the courthouse and annex to increase comfort, safety and increase the life of the facility
  • Courthouse was fitted with a full variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system to provide zoning, heat recover and individual control
  • VAV boxes replaced with hot water reheat added
  • IP based controls updated
  • Retro-commission existing VAV air handling systems 
  • Roofing and concrete work 
  • Masonry and dome restoration 
  • Elevator and fire alarm system replacements
  • 209,495 pounds of CO2 reduced
