Leopardo Wins Two Awards at the 2025 Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards

Leopardo Construction is excited to announce that two of its projects have been honored at the 2025 Chicago Commercial Real Estate Awards, an annual event benefiting the Greater Chicago Food Depository and celebrating the region’s most impactful real estate developments and partnerships. 

At the awards gala, Leopardo was honored for its excellence in adaptive reuse and healthcare construction, underscoring the firm’s ongoing commitment to innovation, collaboration, and community impact. The winning projects include: 

Valent BioSciences – Biorational Research Center Expansion 
Healthcare/Life Sciences Development of the Year – a collaboration with HOK Architects

RUSH MD Anderson Cancer Center at Rush Lisle 
Adaptive Reuse of the Year – a collaboration with Eckenhoff Saunders Architects

In addition to these awards, Leopardo Construction was named a finalist for Contractor – General of the Year, an honor that recognizes leadership, performance, and impact across the industry.
