Key Challenges:

Occupied space: Close coordination with the landlord to ensure minimal disruption to the occupied facility and adjacent tenants
Closely monitored and coordinated long lead times, as well as the installation of equipment, such as autoclaves, walk-in cold rooms, fermenters, and more
Established a specialized equipment route for the air handling unit, which was delivered in pre-sized pieces to ensure it would fit through hallways and elevators up to the mezzanine
