- Renovation of a community pool and aquatic center on a three-acre site to bring life back to the Splash Valley Aquatic Park after its closing in 2016
- Site sat unused until the park board generated funding for a total rehab through the sale of two million dollars of government obligation bonds
- Features a four-lane lap pool and a zero depth pool
- Two new sand volleyball courts, as well as various other site improvements, such as a new patio area and decorative walkways
- Refurbishing of kiddie pool slides and various pool activity equipment
- Blast cleaning and repainting of the existing zero depth pool, lap pool and slide plunge pool
- Demolition and removal of an existing lazy river to make way for a diving pool and splash pad
- Architectural repairs and facility upgrades to the concessions area, locker rooms, bath house, chemical room and pump house
- Replacement of all of the existing pool pumps, heaters, chemical feed systems and other pool equipment
