The Math-Stat Building is a classroom, laboratory and collaboration facility used by faculty and student mathematicians and statisticians. Leopardo Companies was hired to perform the gut-renovation and restoration of the existing 10,000-SF, three-story structure and to construct a new 4,000-SF auditorium addition.

  • Restoration of existing architectural features including light fixtures, millwork, casework, staircase and windows
  • Install new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, telephone / data and security systems
  • Install new roof garden and green roof, replace existing roof with new shingle roof
  • Install new elevator
  • Addition of new columns and beams to upgrade and retrofit existing structure
  • Make ADA compliant
