296,000-SF renovation and repurposing of an existing industrial building to serve as a new corporate headquarters
Included demolishing the building to its cast-in-place concrete skeleton and rebuilding the new exterior skin
Exterior treatment of the facade with bands of glazing and precast panels
Original brick remained at the main entrance and tower, which are the most prominent elements of the building
New design maintained the sleek character of the original building while opening the perimeter for natural light views to the skyline
