Build-outs in Rosemont and Chicago for a privately held company specializing in the development of medical vocabularies
New Rosemont office features private offices, open workstations, interior function space, multiple conference and huddle rooms, along with open teaming areas
Numerous customized details, including a wellness room, private phone booths and a coffee bar
Storefront system conference room fronts, clerestory glass and custom wood millwork screens were among the additional unique features of the project

Key Challenges:

Chicago office build-out was completed in the historic Inland Steel building and included the disassembly and reinstallation of an existing landmark ceiling system and the utilization of the existing floor cell system for electrical and data systems
