Lauren Martin

Lauren Martin, Director of Quality at Leopardo Construction, is a distinguished leader with extensive expertise in quality management and construction safety. In addition to leading Leopardo’s quality programs, she ensures regulatory compliance and helps project teams mitigate risks. Lauren collaborates across departments to align quality and safety initiatives, providing technical training and developing tailored Quality Management Plans (QMP) to meet client needs.

Her leadership has been instrumental in some of Leopardo’s largest and most complex projects. These include the Sheffield of Lincoln Park, a 364,000-SF senior housing redevelopment, the 360,000-SF renovation for global manufacturer Signode, and Downers Grove Civic Center, an 80,900-SF ground-up construction of a new combined village hall and police station. She also has experience working on Veterans Administration (VA) hospital and medical center projects as well as a range of healthcare projects, further enhancing her depth of industry knowledge.

These accomplishments have earned Lauren significant recognition. She was recognized as one of Crain’s Chicago Business Notable Women in STEM in 2023, and was featured in REJournal’s 2024 Women’s History feature, highlighting her successful career in commercial real estate. She holds a Master of Architecture and a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Illinois, a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point and is both OSHA 30 and Safety Trained Supervisor Construction® (STSC®) certified.
