Key Challenges:

Leopardo acted as the construction manager for the Oswegoland Park District, bidding out the project to local subcontractors in three separate bid packages
Upgrades were made to the existing spaces with a new sprinkler system installed in classrooms and activity rooms that previously had no fire protection systems in place
The building remained open and occupied throughout construction with Leopardo coordinating day-to-day activities with the park district to maximize the amount of programming and activities that could be scheduled
