Phase 2

• 215,000-SF, 10-floor interior demolition and build-out
• Concrete leveling, MEP infrastructure renovation on all floors,
• New elevator stop on a transfer floor to tie high and mid-rise floors together
• Conference center floor with multiple rooms all equipped with extensive audiovisual capabilities and conference room reservation system
• High-end millwork throughout with integrated LED lighting, wall panels and fabric panels, specialty flooring and wall finishes, wood ceilings, colored glass, demountable glass partitions and Skyfold partitions
