Build-out of three penthouse units in the 54-story Atwater Apartment building in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood.
Upgraded aspects of the building’s infrastructure by extending an elevator to the 54th floor, replacing and relocating toilet and dryer exhaust fans and replacing chiller vibration isolator, during the latter of which temporary cooling units were installed to maintain temperature

Key Challenges:

Utilized pull planning, which assisted with the coordination of the main tenant interior scope and MEP rough-in and patching work in progress on the floor below

Coordinated move in/out plans with building management to relocate the residents of eight occupied units in order to complete MEP work
