- Exterior repair work of existing concrete masonry exterior walls, including lintel replacement, flashing and weeps
- Expansion of the first-floor entrance vestibule, including new concrete slab-on-grade, storefront and entry doors
- Select mechanical equipment and light fixtures were replaced
