  • 205,000-SF multi-phased construction program designed to support the continued expansion and operational growth of United Airlines’ critical Airport Services (ASC) and Network Operations Center (NOC) campus
  • Installation of air-blown fiber infrastructure and utility connections between facilities to enhance network connectivity, data transmission capabilities, and overall operational resiliency
  • Construction of fully enclosed pedestrian connector linking the two buildings, improving employee circulation, collaboration, security, and protection from weather-related impacts, this included heavy civil and site work as well as a new fire lane access
  • Significant electrical, low-voltage, and data system enhancements to accommodate expanding operational requirements and support mission-critical airline functions
  • Security infrastructure upgrades incorporating access control, surveillance, and technology improvements consistent with the needs of a 24/7 operations environment
  • Interior lobby renovation and phased buildouts as well as a cafe remodel
