- Construction of fully enclosed pedestrian connector linking the two buildings, improving employee circulation, collaboration, security, and protection from weather-related impacts, this included heavy civil and site work as well as a new fire lane access
- Significant electrical, low-voltage, and data system enhancements to accommodate expanding operational requirements and support mission-critical airline functions
- Security infrastructure upgrades incorporating access control, surveillance, and technology improvements consistent with the needs of a 24/7 operations environment
- Interior lobby renovation and phased buildouts as well as a cafe remodel
