In his role as Vice President of Preconstruction at Leopardo Construction, Jeff Kramer leads the early planning and strategy efforts that set projects up for success. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, he began his career with Leopardo as an intern in 2003, and then steadily advanced to his leadership role.
