Leopardo Completes 200,000-SF Senior Living Residence in Blue Ash, Ohio
Leopardo recently completed a 200,000-square-foot senior living residence in Blue Ash, Ohio. With a growing need for senior living accommodations in the Midwest, this new residence will provide the most advanced and most comfortable living experiences for all its residents.
“This project will have a monumental impact on the greater Cincinnati community and will serve its aging residents for many years to come,” said Leopardo Companies’ senior vice president Giancarlo Pacini. “We are honored to have been a part of such a talented team and are thrilled for Anthology Senior Living and this new addition to their amazing portfolio.”
Construction entailed the development of a 4.55-acre site and includes a 155-space parking lot. The four-story, wood-frame residence features 200 units for independent and assisted living, as well as memory care. In addition to its landscaped grounds, residents can enjoy numerous amenity spaces, including a craft room, library, salon, and family suite, as well as a café and bistro with a full dining and banquette space, and a fitness center with a pool and locker rooms.
The new residence is located two miles from the award-winning Blue Ash Golf Course and is situated near Summit Park, with access to shopping, cultural venues, and top medical centers.
Leopardo collaborated with Anthology Senior Living, the senior living investment, development and operating arm of CA Ventures, as well as their consultants The Architectural Team and Bayer Becker, to complete the project.
