Includes private offices, phone rooms, workstations, collaboration and huddle areas, meeting and conference rooms, a high-end executive board room, a hospitality and kitchen area, and two executive restrooms
Designed with high-end finishes featuring a deep, moody color palette (charcoal blue, iron ore, sawdust and snowbound) offset by rich wood paneling, large ceramic tile throughout, custom millwork, and brass lighting and faucet fixtures

Key Challenges:

Project management team went through multiple rounds of budgeting efforts as well as value engineering exercises that led to selecting alternative materials that could be procured in time to meet the schedule while also still meeting the design intent
