Key Challenges:

Implemented new regulations and safety requirements due to the pandemic, which entailed creative methods to manage workflow that socially distanced subcontractors while accomplishing the work in a timely manner
Work completed inside and around occupied residences, with necessary utility shuts downs coordinated to minimize effect on daily building operations and residents
Organized the preservation and reuse of existing ground soil to create a stable foundation
