  • Selective structural demolition and removal of various architectural elements to make way for a new lobby and programming spaces
  • Full interior build-out with new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, millwork, stairs, and finishes
  • The building remained open and occupied throughout construction with Leopardo coordinating day-to-day activities with the park district to maximize the amount of programming and activities that could be scheduled
  • Upgrades were made to the existing spaces with a new sprinkler system installed in classrooms and activity rooms that previously had no fire protection systems in place
  • Leopardo acted as the construction manager for the Oswegoland Park District, bidding out the project to local subcontractors in three separate bid packages
