  • Restoration of the limestone facade and roof at the Chicago Cultural Center, a Chicago landmark building that originally opened in 1897

Key Challenges:

Due to its location on the corners of Washington Street and Michigan Avenue in the heart of downtown Chicago, special safety precautions were implemented, including wayfinding, scaffolding for pedestrian protection and coordination with CDOT to periodically barricade the street
Work was completed over two shifts to accommodate pedestrian and vehicle traffic
