Residents invited to observe construction and sign the final steel beam before installation

Key Issues:

To make room for the Carriage Homes, adjacent property was purchased and rezoned, with the demolition of a single-family home and older independent living building

Relocation of a stream and underground retention

Project completed in phases and in close coordination with Covenant to better manage and reduce any disruptions to residents during construction
