The project is participating in the ComEd Affordable Housing New Construction Program, as well as Leopardo’s jobsite sustainability strategies program

Jobsite sustainability strategies being pursued include construction waste management, the use of LED Temp lighting and occupancy sensors on LED Temp lighting, requesting environmental product declarations from subcontractors, and enforcing limited idling

Project complied with various design, administration, inspection, and compliance requirements associated with Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA)
