- Public spaces in an occupied hotel, including the bar and restaurant, preconstruction budgeting for guest room renovations, construction of model guest room, new lobby, ballroom, pre-function spaces and meeting rooms, as well as the addition of a market and pantry space
- Demolition and replacement of the existing reception desk area with a kiosk-style check-in to better reflect the hotel’s current brand standards, as well as the bar and restaurant
- Installation of an expansive glass cube with a mix of polycarbonate and felt panels that floats above the lobby and a large media display in the lounge area
