Key Challenges:

Work performed while the center remained open and operational, with full adherence to the center’s frequent medical emergency situations
Implemented procedures to maintain noise levels, cleanliness and eliminate interruptions to the building’s systems, including emergency power, medical gas systems and medical air
Intense planning and coordination to install the lab air handling unit within the existing lower-level mechanical room and feed its supply to the above floor, as well as detailed coordination for the relocation of existing equipment
