Key Challenges:

Project was fully BIM coordinated in-house with the Leopardo VDC team to accelerate schedule and reduce rework
Leopardo early released and direct procured two RTU’s and storm detention system in advance of finalized drawings to meet owner schedule goals
Collaborated with the authorities having jurisdiction/owner to expedite delivery of the 1st floor eight weeks earlier than scheduled to meet the owners needs
