- New cystoscopy operating room that was completed while the existing operating room suite remained in operation and included the removal and replacement of existing metal pan ceilings including lights, diffusers and sprinklers
- Post and ante-partum patient floor included the renovation of 34 rooms, five exam rooms and support spaces and modifications and additions to existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems that included a new infant protection and security systems
- 33 patient rooms, two sets of medicine and clean-rooms and main nurses’ station
