Removal of existing ticket counters, scales and Lobby Information Display Systems (LIDS)
Installation of new ticket counters, scales and self-service kiosks
Patching of Terrazzo flooring in customer-facing areas as required, and installation of new anti-fatigue mats behind counters for agent comfort
Removal and replacement of the overhead Lobby Information Display systems
Decommissioning of neighboring airline lease space and installation of United Airlines millwork, back-wall finishes, overhead displays, and floor patching to match existing conditions

Key Challenges:

Coordination with airport authorities to ensure all airport-standard finishes were matched while integrating United-specific branding and materials
