Leopardo Completes Renovation for FM Global

Leopardo recently completed a office renovation for FM Global, a worldwide mutual insurance provider.

The 2-story project began with a full demolition of the existing space. The renovation included six new conference rooms with video conferencing technology and a feature staircase to encourage collaboration between both floors. A large employee cafe was also added, as well as separate client cafes on each floor. In an effort to improve the day-to-day work environment for FM Global employees, construction included demountable glass walls that make use of natural light at all elevations.

Additionally, Leopardo completed the project on a 16-week schedule while simultaneously and tightly coordinating successful installation of the furniture, fixtures and equipment during the final weeks of construction.

Serving as general contractor, Leopardo collaborated with Hobbs Brooks Management and architect AZTEC Corporation to complete the project.
