Leopardo Breaks Ground on 42,000-SF Medical Office Building in Orland Park

Leopardo recently broke ground on a 42,000-square-foot medical office building at the northeast corner of 171st Street and LaGrange Road in Orland Park.

The two-story facility will include primary care and specialty care physician offices, comprehensive imaging services, an 18-station infusion center, an endoscopy suite with two procedure rooms, and after-hours care. The building will stand adjacent to the new Orland Ridge Towns and Villas, placing it in an ideal location to serve the residents of the community.

“Every project we build at Leopardo is meaningfulespecially those in the healthcare space, where we are partnering with medical groups to expand their geographic coverage areas,” said Leopardo Vice President of Business Development Jessica Sherwood.

“At Silver Cross we’re always advancing and finding ways to better serve our communities,” said Ruth Colby, Silver Cross Hospital President and Chief Executive Officer. “And this future location is a wonderful example of that. We’re proud to partner with PSMG to bring needed healthcare services and physician offices to the residents of Orland Park and surrounding areas.”

Leopardo is working closely with Silver Cross Hospital and Premier Suburban Medical Group (PSMG) to complete the project by early 2024.
