Leopardo Completes Park Pointe Memory Care Facility

Leopardo has completed a addition and renovation for Park Pointe Senior Living, a premier assisted living community that serves Grundy county and its surrounding areas. The new memory care facility is located in Morris on Park Pointe’s existing campus.

In an effort to expand its service offerings, Park Pointe Senior Living engaged Leopardo to complete 60 units, including 15 private studios and communal kitchens with residential cabinetry and appliances divided among four households. Each unit comes with a private bathroom, kitchenette, living room and dining room. The campus also includes a secured courtyard where residents can walk and enjoy the outdoors.

Serving as general contractor, Leopardo worked with architect Grubbs & Associates to complete the project.
