Leopardo has completed the new eight-story ultra-luxury apartment building at 61 Banks Street on Lake Michigan in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood.
This new, high-end residential building fills one of the last remaining undeveloped sites along the downtown lakefront. The site, long occupied by a parking lot, features seven two-story townhouses and 51 two and three-bedroom units, complete with high-end finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows with lake views. The building also features underground parking, a green roof, as well as an extensive rooftop amenity space.
Leopardo, serving as general contractor, collaborated with architect Booth Hansen and developer Draper and Kramer to complete the project.
