Leopardo Completes New Headquarters for Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.

Leopardo recently finished a complete gut renovation of the new global corporate headquarters of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. The world’s fourth largest insurance broker recently moved its 1,475 employees to 2850 Golf Road in Rolling Meadows.

Along with recladding the entire exterior of the building, Leopardo completed the build-out of new dining facilities, a commercial kitchen, conferencing facilities, fitness club and executive office spaces. Work also included the addition of a new front entrance and rear cafe, rooftop terrace, as well as a new front center drive.

All mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, life safety and elevator systems were modernized throughout the entire building and parking lot and storm water detention improvements were also completed.

Serving as general contractor, Leopardo collaborated with Wright Heerema Architects and Daccord on the project.
