Renovation of an existing cytology lab
Provided preconstruction and planning services for the phasing sequencing to keep the labs operational throughout construction
Relocated the building’s existing plumbing and HVAC to accommodate the space’s new layouts
Installation of continuous epoxy flooring including disruptive floor prep during normal operating hours

Key Challenges:

Charcoal filters were used at all air returns and HEPA machines with charcoal filters were used to clean the air to control the odor of the epoxy floor

Maintained close coordination with the owner and vendor for the installation of lab equipment and furniture

Project completed in two phases in a fully-occupied lab operating 24/7
