Key Issues:

78 percent of the waste generated during construction was recycled
Utilized glazing to provide daylight and views for at least 75 percent of occupants
Along with high levels of outdoor air ventilation, the building is specifically designed to ASHRAE standards to ensure the thermal comfort of occupants
