Leopardo Completes Renovation and Build-out for Cozen O’Connor

Leopardo has completed a build-out for Cozen O’Connor at 123 W. Wacker Dr. Ranked among the top 100 law firms in the U.S., Cozen O’Connor employs more than 700 attorneys in 26 cities across two continents.

This project consisted of the demolition and renovation of the law firm’s two current floors. The build-out included perimeter offices, conference rooms, interior workspace and administrative stations. Additionally, the elevator lobbies and base building restrooms were updated.

Serving as general contractor, Leopardo collaborated with GREC Architects on the project.

The Cozen O’Connor build-out is the most recent addition to Leopardo’s portfolio of project experience for some of the biggest names in law. Recent work includes interior renovations for Jones Day and the build-out of Fragomen Worldwide’s Chicago headquarters.
