Leopardo Completes Build-Out for DeVry University and Its Keller Graduate School of Management
Leopardo recently completed a 5,600-square-foot build-out for DeVry University and its Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry’s Chicago Loop campus as part of a relocation from the university’s existing space. DeVry offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs in many of today’s growing fields, such as healthcare, business, technology and more. Its location in the heart of Chicago affords students the ability to explore opportunities in a variety of industries and businesses, as well as easy access to public transportation and Chicago’s two principal commuter rail stations.
Located in the 200 W. Adams building overlooking Chicago’s iconic Willis Tower, the campus offers three spacious classrooms with audiovisual capabilities, a full-service virtual research library, numerous huddle spaces, student lounge, administrative offices, as well as an open-concept commons area with modern finishes, providing an inviting learning environment. Leopardo also installed a supplemental cooling system consisting of seven heat pumps for off-hour classes.
Plans to relocate students, faculty and staff are underway. However, due to the current pandemic, the Chicago Loop campus will remain closed until students are permitted back onsite. Until then, DeVry students will continue with virtual instruction.
Leopardo collaborated with Jones Lang LaSalle, Newmark and architecture firm ArchIteriors to complete the project.
