Leopardo is pleased to announce that Doug Snider has been promoted to Vice President of Construction Technology & Innovation. In this new role, Snider will lead Leopardo’s construction technology strategy and innovation roadmap, identifying and implementing solutions that help project teams plan more effectively, collaborate more seamlessly and make better-informed decisions from preconstruction through closeout. He will also continue to provide leadership for Leopardo’s Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) services.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Snider brings a unique combination of architectural training, construction knowledge and technology leadership to the role. His expertise includes applying tools such as LiDAR scanning, BIM, robotic total stations and augmented reality to identify potential constructability issues early, validate field conditions and improve coordination before challenges arise in the field. Across complex healthcare, multifamily, adaptive reuse and civic projects, he has helped integrate digital tools directly into planning, quality assurance and field operations.

Under Snider’s leadership, the newly established Construction Technology & Innovation Department will work across the organization to evaluate emerging solutions and scale proven technologies. The investment also supports Leopardo’s long-term vision for sustainable growth by ensuring the company continues evolving how it plans, builds and delivers increasingly larger and more complex projects.
