Leopardo Begins Work on an Interior Office Expansion for Merrill

Leopardo Construction recently began work on an interior office expansion in Deer Park, IL for Merrill, the investment management and wealth management division of Bank of America previously branded Merrill Lynch.

Located at 21805 W. Field Parkway, the project involves adding approximately 2,000-SF of office space as well as remodeling the reception and conference areas with custom millwork and furniture. Scope also includes a wellness room, custom flooring and wallcoverings, specialty lighting, creation of collaboration and meeting spaces, upgrades mechanical systems and Allsteel demountable office partitions provided by Henricksen.

Deer Park, located approximately 40 miles northwest of Chicago proper, is one of several suburban tenant interior projects Leopardo will be completing this summer.

“Leopardo has always had a stronghold in the city of Chicago,” said Leopardo Project Executive Rick Peterson, “and we are looking forward to expanding our footprint and bringing that same level of service and passion to more suburban clients.”

Leopardo is working closely with Merrill, Hamilton Partners and Cushman Wakefield to complete the project this summer.
